Homeless man beaten mercilessly by soldiers For not Staying indoors in breach of lockdown policy 

Ghana has implemented a lockdown policy in some parts of her country to fight the deadly corona virus taking people's lives.
Soldiers were sent to towns which were affected to see to it that, the law set by government is into use.
Today, a video reaching us is a homeless man in a red attire beaten mercilessly by Ghanaian soldiers for not being indoors.
This sounds quite appalling, because although we're in fight of the corona virus to extirpate it from spreading, but not to cause Fear and panic in people and end up wounding them as well, watch the video yourself below and share your ideas about it with us;
